		<description>You can cut down your weight by increasing your metabolism.  Bodybuilding is a very good way to achieve this.  Take 6 smaller meals a day with high protein, moderate carbohydrate and low fat foods.  Make sure to stick to food with low glycemic index only and drink more water.  If you feel your pants are getting loose, you know you are in the right direction, otherwise cut down the amount of carbohydrate further.  Give yourself sometimes to see the result.  You definitely can do it.</description>
